Dr. Claire Winchester
Claire Winchester is a dedicated early childhood coach, consultant, and researcher with a dynamic career that spans various educational roles. With a foundation built from her early days as a neighborhood babysitter, she now brings a wealth of experience from teaching elementary and middle school classrooms to leading-edge developmental research. At the helm of Growth, she's an internationally recognized Board Certified Behavior Analyst, consultant, and author. Her projects extend from local schools to global initiatives, notably in Mexico and Saudi Arabia. She enjoys the outdoors in the Roaring Fork Valley of Colorado in the company of her husband and their dog, Waffles. Claire is passionate about using the depth and breadth of her experiences to improve the lives of children and families around the world!
Rex Winchester
Rex Winchester is the operational heart of Growth Early Childhood Behavior Consulting, Coaching, and Research where he oversees the day-to-day workings and strategic directions of the organization. Since its inception, Rex's insights and commitment have helped shaped the company's mission and vision. He believes deeply in the purpose of Growth and derives great pleasure in being a part of such an impactful organization. When Rex isn’t working with Growth you can find him fishing, hiking, or rafting somewhere and hopefully Claire & Waffles are with him!
