Claire Winchester is a dedicated early childhood coach, consultant, and researcher with a dynamic career that spans various educational roles. With a foundation built from her early days as a neighborhood babysitter, she now brings a wealth of experience from teaching elementary and middle school classrooms to leading-edge developmental research. Her work with Dr. Erin Barton on the Family Behavior Support application and social-emotional interventions underscores her commitment to enhancing child and caregiver lives globally. At the helm of Growth, she's an internationally recognized Board Certified Behavior Analyst, consultant, and author. Her projects extend from local schools to global initiatives, notably in Mexico and Saudi Arabia. Alongside her husband, she enjoys the outdoors in the Roaring Fork Valley of Colorado in the company of their dog, Waffles. Claire is passionate about using the depth and breadth of her experiences to improve the lives of children and families around the world!

Rex Winchester is the operational heart of Growth Early Childhood Behavior Consulting, where he meticulously oversees the day-to-day workings and strategic directions of the organization. Since its inception, Rex's keen insights and steadfast commitment have shaped the company's mission and vision. Beyond his pivotal role at Growth, he is a passionate fisherman, channeling the patience and precision from the river to the office. Rex also dedicates his talents to Aspen Outfitting Company as the shop manager, balancing his love for the outdoors with his business acumen.
